My Client-First Philosophy
I grew up right here in the Northwest. After living several years abroad I knew that there was no other place I would choose to settle down and buy my own home. When it comes to buying or selling real estate I know how to not only help you choose the right home for your needs but how to market your existing home to the right buyers who will be willing to pay top dollar for the unique features it has. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a local real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, anticipating and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I can provide to my clients.
One of the Important services I can provide to my clients is as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. This is important considering that a CDPE Agent closes 8 out of 10 Distressed Property Transactions and a non-certified agent closes 1 out of 10. I genuinely receive a great amount of personal satisfaction when I can assist a Seller save their property from Foreclosure or help a Buyer in to a great property that is Distressed.
